By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Session bookings
A session request sent through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we confirm it by email. Please arrive ten minutes early. Sessions start on time and cannot run over, because the next group (and the cats' nap schedule) depends on it.
Lounge rules are part of the deal
Everyone in the lounge follows the house rules: shoes off, inside voices, let cats come to you, no flash photography, no picking cats up. Staff may end a session early, with a refund, if the cats are being stressed. The cats live here. Visitors are guests.
Allergies and health
The lounge is full of real cats. If you have cat allergies, please take them seriously before booking. Children 6 and up are welcome; younger children visit free on an adult's lap and count toward the party.

Photos, text, and the Purr and Pour name belong to us or to the photographers we credit. You are welcome to share our pages with friends. Please do not copy our content onto other websites without asking first.
